Our Workforce

Planning and Optimization department is seeking a Business Insights Analyst II (Temporary - 6 Months) to provide statistical analysis and resource modelling for internal customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to investigate and model complex data and present insights to senior leaders. You will leverage strong analytical, critical thinking,



and business acumen skills to deliver accurate and consistent staffing models that support business needs.

Success in this role requires exceptional communication and presentation abilities, along with a consultative approach to building effective business relationships and translating data into actionable insights. 3+ years of data mining and analysis or statistical modelling experience ~ Advanced Excel abilities ~ Proven ability to critically think through business problems and ambiguity ~ Ability to use technical tools, computer applications and databases to extract data, develop and present analysis ~ Educational background in Statistics or Business Analytics will be considered an asset.
