At Monarch
House, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to execute behavior intervention programs tailored to each client’s needs. Your experience with complex behaviors will enable you to reinforce essential skills and provide personal care where necessary. Evening sessions are required, ensuring flexibility and creativity in a dynamic work setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out intervention programs for skill development
- Use behavioral strategies to influence positive change
- Engage in program development with clinical oversight
- Respond to behavioral needs safely and effectively
- Create a warm and supportive atmosphere for clients
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Relevant educational background in a health-related field
- Explicit vulnerable sector check required
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
