01 About the role

Be the operational anchor of MCG’s Cold Lake campus. You’ll support day-to-day campus functions, assist students, handle administrative tasks, and ensure the campus runs smoothly and reflects MCG’s standard of care.

02 What you'll do

Open and close the campus according to daily schedules

Greet and assist students, visitors, and prospective applicants

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

Coordinate supply orders, room bookings, and campus logistics

Support instructors with printing, materials, and day-to-day classroom needs

Assist with data entry and record keeping in the student information system

03 What you'll bring

Experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role

Friendly, reliable, and highly organized

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Comfortable working independently and problem-solving on the fly

Eligible to work in Canada
