Lead, you will ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in payroll operations. Canalta is seeking an experienced Payroll Qualified with a Payroll Compliance Qualified (PCP) designation or equivalent. Your expertise will support a diverse workforce across Western Canada's businesses, emphasizing accuracy and operational excellence.

Oversee timely processing of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls
Provide leadership and support to the Payroll team




Ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll legislation
Manage payroll reconciliations and year-end reporting
Research and resolve complex payroll discrepancies Requirements:
Significant hands-on payroll processing experience
Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation required
Solid knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
