Lead the evolution of our CMS platform as an OpenText TeamSite Technical Lead in Toronto, ON. Shape architecture and steer the transition to a modern, composable, API-first model with a 4-day work-from-office schedule. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of the OpenText TeamSite CMS, leading modernization efforts and shaping architecture decisions.

Your expertise will guide the assessment of current platforms and the integration of current technologies. This role aims for you to eventually transition into the development lead for a new CMS while providing solid technical leadership throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the OpenText TeamSite platform
Shape CMS architecture and modernization strategies




Assess current states and develop target architecture
Drive transition to a up-to-date CMS architecture
Provide ongoing technical leadership during migration Requirements:
Extensive experience with OpenText TeamSite
Strong understanding of API-driven architectures
Familiarity with headless CMS technologies
Experience with JavaScript and React
Knowledge of CMS migrations and CI/CD practices Utilize your OpenText expertise and drive CMS modernization and development leadership within our dynamic Toronto team.
