Lead modular housing projects with an established company in Edmonton or Lloydminster, Alberta. This full time position involves managing site preparation and logistics for Ready-to-Move homes. Our client is a reputable Western Canadian manufacturer looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee modular homes.

You will ensure project sites are fully prepared prior to home delivery, coordinating all aspects from excavation to inspections while keeping all stakeholders aligned. Your extensive experience with residential foundations and construction coordination will be key as you navigate multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
Manage modular housing projects from contract to completion
Coordinate site preparation, including grading and drainage




Visit project sites to confirm readiness for home delivery
Identify and rectify project deficiencies in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with customers and contractors Requirements:
Experience in residential foundations and site coordination
Solid understanding of excavation, utilities, and inspections
Project management or construction coordination expertise
