Lead and support the Mobile Security Team at Scarlet Security & Risk Group as a Mobile Security Supervisor. Engage with field staff and deliver exceptional client service in this full time role. SSRG is seeking a proactive Mobile Security Supervisor to oversee mobile security operations. The successful candidate will have supervisory experience and a robust background in security while ensuring high standards of service.

Your role will involve mentoring staff, managing patrols, and responding to incidents effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support mobile security staff on shifts
Train and guide recent and current staff in procedures
Assist with alarm responses and building patrols
Liaise between clients and staff during emergencies
Conduct follow-ups on performance and disciplinary issues Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
At least 3 years in the security sector
Valid BC Security Worker Licence required
Basic First Aid Certification or equivalent
