YMCA BC in Kamloops seeks a compassionate Activity Leader (Substitute) to support before and after school care for children aged 5–12. You will design activities, provide individualized support, help navigate conflicts, and promote belonging in a secure, welcoming workplace.

You’ll work with a dedicated team, maintain ratios, and follow YMCA and regulatory standards. Training and development opportunities, extended medical advantages, and staff discounts are offered.
