• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards• Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly• Support onboarding and mentor current team members• Promote safety,



compliance, and smooth shift transitionsYou are both a working caregiver and a frontline leader modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service.What We’re Looking For:
