In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Director of Operational Excellence and Improvement. Your mission will be to identify and mitigate operational risks while collaborating with airlines, stakeholders, and operational teams to enhance safety performance. You'll lead a team dedicated to ensuring protected, effective, and resilient airport operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the airport's Operational Safety Program
Champion proactive risk management and safety culture




Drive continuous improvement using safety data and metrics
Lead safety investigations and implement corrective actions
Oversee audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring

Requirements:
8+ years in operational or safety-critical aviation roles
3+ years of people leadership experience
Solid background in operational risk management
Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS)
Excellent stakeholder management skills
