TekWissen Group is seeking an Onsite Desktop Technician in Portage la Prairie, MB. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users for both hardware and software issues. In this temporary 6-month role, you will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support on-site.

Key tasks include troubleshooting Windows operating systems, installing IT equipment, and resolving network connectivity issues. Your solid customer service skills will ensure a qualified support experience for all users in the local environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1/Level 2 desktop support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and peripheral issues
Install and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers
Perform workstation setup and software installation
Resolve network connectivity and VPN issues Requirements:
3+ years in Desktop Support or IT Support
Hands-on experience with Windows desktops
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS
Familiarity with troubleshooting network connectivity
