This role demands 8+ years of industry experience and the ability to bridge artistic talent with technical execution. Key responsibilities include optimizing content workflows, developing tools in Unreal Engine, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
Establish best practices for asset creation and optimization
Develop tools and automation for Unreal Engine and DCC apps
Serve as a liaison between various development teams
Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
Collaborate on visual features with engineers
Requirements:
8+ years as a Technical Artist in gaming
Proven leadership experience in a technical role
Experience with AAA or high-quality AA titles
Robust proficiency in Unreal Engine
