The ideal candidate will have knowledgeof the entire D365 system, backend storage services, configuration, security,reporting, ISV, any custom development, data integrations, and any deviceintegration. Additional areas of responsibility may include gathering anddefining use requirements, user support related to the application and Power BIdashboard development.

Troubleshootingskills - advanced level required to troubleshoot the solution across both D365F&O; and CE

Mustbe able to assist coordinate on vendor management activities

Createand Maintain D365 F&O; and CE Environments

Createand Maintain D365 F&O; Batch Jobs.

Createand Maintain D365 F&O; Indexes.

Createand Maintain D365 F&O; and CE Security Roles.

Managingthe code and data movement between environments. Collaborate with Developers,Integrators, and Business Partner for System Enhancement, Upgrades.

Workcollaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve D365 F&OIssues.;

Continuemonitoring & fine - tuning performance for D365 F&O; and CE instances.

Helpteam ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Escalationissues options risks awareness and facilitates technical sessions issueresolution.

Abilityto support troubleshoot complex integrations and data migration issues.

Proactivelylearn and utilize new technologies, concepts,



and procedures as appropriate toproject requirements.

Abilityto work with geographically dispersed teams.

Managingthe security component related to Environment setup.

Strongorganizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.

Manageand maintain system integrations to other internal and external systems

Assistingwith reviewing the architecture, plans and monitoring the execution of testing

Requirements

Deep knowledge of Microsoft DynamicsD365 Finance and Project Operations and Accounting (PM&A;) modules

Deep knowledge of D365 CE CustomerService, Sales and Project Operations Lite modules

DeepUnderstanding of Microsoft One Dynamics One Platform Vision and Cross-AppScenarios

Somefamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Programming language X++

UnderstandingExtension (Classes, Table, Form, Query etc.)

Experiencewith Power Platform and Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus, Logic App, AzureFunction, Event Grid, Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Messaging technologiesPowerApps, Power Automate, etc.)

Familiarwith Power BI Reporting, Azure Active Directory, Azure Data Lake, MicrosoftFabric, Synapse Link for Dataverse

Familiarwith Azure DevOps

Familiarwith all phases of D365 F&O; and CE software development life cycle using acombination of Azure DevOps, Power Platform Admin Center and LCS.

Familiarwith Communication Services (SOAP REST, XML, JSON, EDI)

Familiarwith Version Control (Azure DevOps, GIT, TFVS)

Familiarwith Azure API technologies (APIM) & Postman

Staysinformed of current industry trends and emerging technologies and keeps skillscurrent on up-to-date technologies and tools

Effectivewritten and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills arerequired
