As a Dietitian in the Integrated Comprehensive Care Program, you will provide tailored nutritional strategies to clients recovering from various health issues. This role requires expertise in dietary needs, team-oriented teamwork, and a commitment to cultural sensitivity. You will impact client health outcomes while guiding staff on best dietary practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nutritional assessments and care plans for clients • Support interdisciplinary teams with dietary guidance • Collaborate with caregivers and families for effective care • Contribute to health promotions and quality improvement • Maintain compliance with health standards and confidentiality
Requirements: • University degree in Nutrition or related field • Completion of a dietitian internship • Unrestricted registration with College of Dietitians • Experience with geriatric and mental health populations preferred • Minimum 3 years in a similar role preferred
