As a seasoned skilled, the Senior Project Manager serves as the primary client contact, provides strategic oversight on major assignments, and mentors intermediate and junior project managers. The Senior Project Manager operates independently, manages multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, and contributes to firm-wide improvements in project delivery and management practice. Project Management What you will do Manage all phases of complex projects, from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget Lead multidisciplinary teams,



integrating architecture, engineering, and specialty disciplines. Oversee project planning, design coordination, cost control, and risk management. Manage and coordinate the preparation of drawings and specifications at each project deliverable stage (SD, DD, Tender, IFC, etc.) Oversee project application and review processes with Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Manage the project construction budget and performance objectives through the development of project design. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. Administer construction contracts following applicable legislation and best practice standards, including various CCDC contract types (CCDC 2, 5A/B, 14, 30, etc.). Serve as the primary point of contact for construction administration processes, including general client, contractor, and sub-consultant correspondence; RFI response; submittal review; and development of supplemental instructions or project changes (PCN, CO, CD).
