As a multi-unit Events and Education Associate, you will support a variety of exciting activities across Eataly Toronto locations. You'll assist in coordinating cooking classes, wine tastings, and other events while liaising with guests to enhance their shopping experience. Reporting to the Events and Education Manager, this role is perfect for someone eager to blend food knowledge with customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and execute engaging culinary events
• Set up and take down both onsite and virtual events




• Prepare event materials and ensure readiness
• Conduct educational tours of store products
• Assist with food and beverage deliveries for events
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in events or restaurant service
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds and able to travel frequently
