Operate CNC machinery efficiently and accurately to produce high-quality components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise manufacturing Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve quality standards Maintain detailed records of operations and quality checks for compliance and continuous improvement

What's Needed?

Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Practical experience with CNC machinery and manufacturing processes Strong applied mathematics skills and computer literacy Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety protocols
