Exterior Car Wash Attendant/Customer Service

5 years Customer Service Experience Required

Must have open availability to work weekdays and weekends. Opening and closing shifts

Starting wage $18.25 per hour

Valet Car Wash is looking for a dynamic, energetic, team-orientated, and friendly person to greet and serve our customers at our Cambridge Car Wash location

What you will be doing:

· Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting

· Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers to achieve goals and succeed as a team

· Ensuring safety protocols are followed

-Working outdoors while attending the car wash entrance and guiding cars safely into the car wash

-Making recommendations to customers and answering customers questions

· Ensuring all health, safety, cleaning, equipment, housekeeping, and work area organization standards are met

· Staying productive and checking in with site supervisors/managers and completing seasonal and daily housekeeping duties to company standards

· Anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to ensure a consistent, quality driven, best-in-class customer experience

· Working closely with the management team

-Comfortable with data entry and using mobile data applications

-Enjoys completing cleaning and organizing tasks
