CARPENTER / APPRENTICE CARPENTER

SNAP-TY Construction is hiring a dependable carpenter to join our crew in the Melfort area.

This is a full-time position working on commercial and residential projects. Our work is primarily concrete—including forming, reinforcing, placing and finishing—with some framing work throughout the year.

Position Details

- $20–$40 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability
- Open to 1st-year apprentices through journeyperson carpenters
- Four 10-hour days per week
- Health, dental and vision perks after three months
- $250 work-boot allowance after three months
- Company transportation provided for out-of-town projects
- Meals and accommodations provided while working out of town
- Power tools and concrete-finishing tools supplied
- All required PPE supplied

- Able to handle physically demanding construction work
- Concrete, formwork, finishing or framing experience is an asset
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset
