Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Manage phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online communication channels

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising principles is advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills to keep work area tidy and stock levels maintained
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
