Your role emphasizes service quality through accurate documentation and adherence to agency policies. Key Responsibilities:
Provide culturally appropriate mental wellness counselling services
Conduct assessments for Indigenous adults (18+ years)
Collaborate with community health services and partners
Document clinical interactions accurately in electronic records
Facilitate access to traditional healers as needed Requirements:
BSW or MSW degree with two years of experience
Registration with Ontario College of Social Workers
Knowledge of First Nation mental health issues
Solid organizational and communication skills
