You will support recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee transitions to maintain an inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and communicate HR and Health & Safety policies
Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and respect
Track and investigate workplace injuries and WSIB claims
Maintain compliance with OHSA and applicable legislation
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee transitions Requirements:
Experience in Human Resources and Health & Safety
