What You'll Do
Partner with leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and engagement initiatives
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
Provide guidance on policies, employment legislation, and HR best practices
Support HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
Drive process improvements, HR projects, and change management initiatives
Foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture

What We're Looking For
5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP, HR Advisor, or HR Generalist role




Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
CPHR or SHRM-CP designation preferred
Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
Experience with HRIS (Bamboo HR), ATS, and payroll systems
