Develop major gift fundraising strategies collaboratively with team members
Manage a portfolio of 80-100 major gift donors and prospects




Cultivate and steward donors contributing $5,000 or more
Create comprehensive proposals and donor engagement materials
Organize donor recognition and cultivation events Requirements:
5+ years in fundraising and donor stewardship
Proven track record in securing major gifts
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with donor databases and fundraising analytics
