This full time position requires a minimum of three years of retail experience, ideally in gardening or home improvement. You will oversee daily operations, focusing on inventory management and exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of Garden Supplies & Pottery departments
Execute product flow processes, including receiving and merchandising
Ensure displays are fully stocked and presentation-ready




Utilize POS system for inventory management and reports
Monitor inventory movement and communicate with the Purchasing team Requirements:
Minimum three years of retail experience, preferably gardening
Robust customer service and communication skills required
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to analyze sales and inventory data
