KITCHEN HELPER / DISHWASHER

Protein Chefs is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Kitchen Helper / Dishwasher to join our production kitchen team.

This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and getting the job done efficiently.

THE ROLE

As a Kitchen Helper / Dishwasher, you will support our chefs and kitchen team with daily meal production while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal packaging
Support chefs and kitchen staff during daily production
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
Keep dishwashing stations and sinks clean and sanitary
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Assist with general kitchen cleaning and end-of-shift cleanup
Help organize inventory and supplies
Assist with other general kitchen duties as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an asset, but not required




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen
Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well as part of a team

SCHEDULE & HOURS

Full time | Permanent

Day shifts only

Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
Monday & Friday: Start time – 7:00 AM
Tuesday & Saturday: Start time – 6:00 AM
