Responsibilities
Supervise daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards
Coordinate with team members to schedule cleaning tasks using hand tools, power tools, and commercial cleaning equipment
Train custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health regulations
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and tools, including hand tools and power tools, ensuring availability and proper storage
Oversee facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or coordinating with external contractors for larger issues




Foster excellent customer service by addressing staff or visitor concerns promptly and professionally

Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and commercial cleaning equipment effectively and safely
Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and safety standards
Experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning settings with an understanding of quality standards
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple areas
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling supplies or equipment
Outstanding communication skills to lead teams, coordinate with vendors, and interact with staff or visitors
Demonstrated customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
