Duties
Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing marijuana products
Educate customers on the different strains, products, and consumption methods
Maintain knowledge of current regulations and compliance standards
Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary
Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe workplace for both employees and customers

Experience
Previous experience working in a retail or customer service role preferred
Knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
Experience with cash handling and operating a computerized point-of-sale system
Bilingual or multilingual skills are beneficial for assisting diverse customers

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Upselling skills to promote additional products or services to customers
Proficiency in computer operation for processing transactions and maintaining records
Cashiering skills to accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Leadership skills to assist in training recent employees and supervising daily operations

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
