The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance team in planning and executing preventive measures while also performing reactive tasks to minimize downtime. With strong technical skills and at least five years of relevant experience, you will improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will also manage budgets and training programs for technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment
• Perform troubleshooting and repair alongside the team
• Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
• Oversee facility systems including HVAC and plumbing
• Track maintenance performance metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or related journeyperson ticket preferred
• 5+ years in maintenance management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Familiarity with CMMS software
