The position is accountable for managing the reception desk, supporting Sales &

• Events operations





• Sales &

• Catering System &

• Administration Manager Have complete knowledge of the Hotel's events, services and facilities Answering phone call inquiries, greeting and assisting clients Coordinating Client mailers /event invitations /guest lists Reception coverage schedule (bi-weekly) Assist with Sales proposals and Event processes including Internal Banquet Event Orders Minimum High School Diploma, Business School and/or Hotel School Diploma is preferred.

Microsoft

Word and Excel skills are required.

Opera

Sales and Events Management skills are an asset. Flexible, self-motivated, detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize and follow through.
