Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our innovative team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. Responsibilities

- Diagnose issues with mobile devices such as Android and iOS smartphones, tablets, and other portable electronics.
- Perform repairs including screen replacements, battery swaps, camera fixes, and internal component troubleshooting using hand tools and schematics.
- Troubleshoot software problems related to operating systems like Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows across various devices.
- Use analysis skills to identify hardware failures in mobile devices and recommend appropriate solutions or replacements.
- Follow safety protocols while handling delicate components and using specialized tools for repairs.




- Maintain detailed repair logs and ensure quality control standards are met before returning devices to customers.
- Assist retail sales associates by providing technical support and product knowledge about mobile devices and accessories.

Experience

- Prior experience repairing mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets
- Familiarity with operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows enhances troubleshooting efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with schematics reading, using hand tools, and performing hardware repairs is highly desirable.
- Strong analysis skills to diagnose complex issues quickly and accurately.
- Knowledge of retail sales environments is a plus, as it helps in delivering excellent customer service alongside technical support.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail during repairs.
