Help drive maintenance excellence with Cenovus as a Mechanical Technician in our Oil Sands Operations. Your troubleshooting skills will support vital equipment upkeep and operational integrity. Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, this full-time role offers opportunities at various locations including Christina Lake.

You will facilitate maintenance processes, lead safety initiatives, and ensure adherence to industry standards. Your contributions will help establish a secure and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure maintenance of various industrial machinery
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Analyze drawings and specifications for efficient workflow




- Advise on technical matters to project and engineering teams
- Actively participate in safety meetings and discussions

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience with Journeyman Millwright certification
- Additional Pipefitting or Machining certification regarded as an asset
- Proficient with CMMS software (SAP)
- Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license in Canada
- Capability to handle a safety-sensitive position
