This full-time role includes overseeing rebate programs, managing Salesforce data, and supporting marketing initiatives. Your communication skills will be vital as you liaise with both internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage consumer and bounty rebate programs effectively
- Oversee data collection for Totally Hayward and AquaPoints




- Validate customer data within Salesforce and maintain accuracy
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows and company meetings
- Create and distribute internal and external communications Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Salesforce experience is a plus
