As a part time or full-time Retail Donation Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a positive donation experience.

Your duties will include excellent interaction with donors, accurately recording donations, and maintaining cleanliness on the sales floor and backroom. This position offers flexibility, job satisfaction, and opportunities for growth through Goodwill Academy. Key Responsibilities:
Assist donors with their donations in a professional manner




Record donations accurately using the Donation Tracking form
Maintain cleanliness and order in the backroom and sales floor
Handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Smile and foster a welcoming environment for donors Requirements:
Ability to work flexible shifts as assigned
Can lift and carry 35 pounds
Capability to stand for 6 to 8 hours daily
Familiarity with secure lifting techniques
