We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Hostess/Host, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced food service workplace.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas according to food safety regulations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Follow all sanitation, health,



and safety guidelines in accordance with food industry standards

Experience
Greet and warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
Manage the front entrance and maintain a friendly, professional first impression.
Seat guests efficiently while considering table availability and server sections.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests.
Answer phones and handle guest inquiries professionally.
Assist guests with seating preferences whenever possible.
Monitor table turnover and communicate with servers, bartenders, and management.
Maintain an organized and clean host stand and entrance area.
Distribute menus and explain restaurant seating procedures when needed.
Monitor the dining area and help ensure guests are comfortable and attended to.
Assist servers with resetting and preparing tables during busy periods.
