Join Alberta Public Service as a full time Case Administrator in Edmonton, handling client records and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. This 12-month temporary role supports SafeRoads Alberta. In this vital position, you will manage client files and maintain data accuracy within the Motor Vehicle System.
Your analytical skills will enable you to support law enforcement and assist in timely processing of critical legal documents. You will be the first point of contact in identifying issues and provide administrative support to ensure streamlined operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage client files and maintain data accuracy
Ensure compliance with POPA regulations and fairness
Assist in interpreting case files for branch members
Coordinate IRS reviews and respond to inquiries
Secure and disclose required documents for case reviews Requirements:
High School Diploma and three years of relevant experience
Proficient with M365, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Experience in a judicial or customer service workplace preferred
Knowledge of Traffic Safety Act and related legislation
