Assist customers in selling and renting musical instruments
Match products/services with individual customer needs
Demonstrate instrument features and perks
Answer phone calls professionally and promptly
Follow up on orders with customers and suppliers Requirements:
Must be a musician playing at least one instrument
Full availability on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
