The Court Services
Division is seeking a Court Officer for administrative and judicial support in all court levels. Candidates will coordinate hearings, maintain court records, and assist judges while ensuring adherence to legal protocols. A focus on solid organizational skills and attention to detail is crucial for success in this impactful role. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage court hearings efficiently
Provide administrative support to the Judiciary
Act as Clerk during jury sittings and court duties
Draft complex legal orders as per Judge's directions
Record and transcribe court proceedings accurately Requirements:
Two years of post-secondary education in a related field
One year of relevant experience in a legal setting
Proficiency in MS Office and keyboarding skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
