Engage employers to identify and promote job opportunities
Match participants with suitable job placements




Negotiate placement agreements and training plans
Monitor placements and provide coaching support
Facilitate job search workshops and individual assistance Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in job placement services
Knowledge of Employment Ontario programs
Solid organizational and communication skills
Experience working with diverse groups
