Lead commercial analytics initiatives at YVR as the Director of Commercial Insights. Drive data-driven business performance and optimize decision-making through insightful analytics and strategic planning. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Data, you will spearhead YVR's commercial intelligence efforts.

This senior role focuses on translating data across operations, passenger metrics, and finances into actionable insights. You will support Commercial Marketing and Services by creating dashboards and performance reviews that enhance non-aeronautical revenue streams. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement insights strategy and multi-year roadmaps
Create integrated analytics connecting passenger journeys and financial outcomes
Lead the design of executive intelligence products and dashboards




Establish performance measures and KPI frameworks across the enterprise
Advance predictive intelligence through enterprise forecasting Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred
10+ years in commercial/business intelligence or analytics
5+ years in leadership roles within analytics teams
Proven success in translating complex data into insights
