Lead person-centered care strategies at Guru Nanak Diversity Village, part of Optima Living in the Lower Mainland. As Director of Care, oversee clinical operations, budgeting, and quality assurance to ensure high standards of resident support. The Director of Care provides vital leadership for GNDV’s complex care community.

This role encompasses managing clinical staff, developing care plans, monitoring compliance with regulations, and ensuring the well-being of residents. With a focus on person-centered approaches, you will enhance care programs and facilitate community engagement with residents and families. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the clinical team to meet residents’ needs
Oversee interdisciplinary care plans and service evaluations




Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage budgets, forecasting, and expenditures effectively
Foster communication and support for resident well-being Requirements:
Current nursing license from BC College of Nurses
Minimum one year of leadership experience in care
Knowledge of chronic diseases and wellness practices
Proven skills in financial oversight and team management
