As a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, you will support scheduling and manage communication between operations staff and maintenance.

Create daily maintenance schedules
Coordinate repairs with mechanics and third-party services
Support and manage work order processes
Liaise between operations and maintenance staff
Identify resource optimization opportunities Requirements:
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Organizational skills for operational flow
Experience with unionized workforces is an asset
Knowledge of heavy-duty equipment and dispatching
