The Fleet

Coordinator role at Hy-Tech Drilling involves planning and scheduling maintenance for our fleet of rolling stock. You will collaborate closely with various teams—including Fleet System and Logistics—to maintain operational standards and support project mobilization. This position demands an individual who can balance multiple tasks effectively in a quick-paced workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate fleet repairs and maintenance
Update preventative maintenance programs as needed




Monitor GPS units for operational accuracy
Maintain records in Fleetio system for inspection and maintenance
Assist in purchasing inventory for fleet support Requirements:
2+ years in Fleet Management or Coordination
Knowledge of fleet regulations in relevant areas
Experience with fleet management software
Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Contribute your expertise in fleet management to enhance Hy-Tech Drilling's operations and effectiveness in the industry.
