In this energetic role, you will provide legal advice relating to property and casualty insurance, engage with compliance issues, and negotiate contracts. Advise on property and casualty insurance legal matters
Negotiate and draft contracts and insurance policies
Foster solid relationships with business and legal personnel




Participate in industry groups and pro-actively identify improvements
Stay updated on legislation and compliance developments Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of legal experience in insurance industry
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) mandatory
Licensed to practice law in Canada
Proficient in in-house legal counsel processes
