Deliver reliable waste removal services as a Residential Driver with GFL. This role involves operating commercial vehicles efficiently and courteously for curbside and backdoor pickups. As a key member of the GFL team, you will ensure safe operation of vehicles while collecting solid waste and recyclables.
We're looking for candidates with a valid Class 3 driver’s license and a year of commercial driving experience. Candidates should also possess solid communication skills and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Key Responsibilities:
Operate side loaders and recycling trucks safely
Perform vehicle inspections before and after shifts
Collect waste, adhering to safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and report vehicle issues
Follow regulations and maintain accurate records Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid Class 3 driver’s license needed
Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
Capability to lift heavy items and work outdoors
