The Role

We are looking for an experienced Composites Technician with strong hands-on knowledge of VARTM (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) to join our team. You will manufacture high-performance composite components in a fast-paced, quality-focused workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in workmanship, quality, and safety.

What You'll Do
Cut, prepare, and handle composite materials to specification
Perform hand layup, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion (VARTM) processes
Lay materials into molds, ensuring proper fit, finish, and quality
Demold, trim,



and finish parts to required tolerances
Prepare and organize material kits including carbon fiber, Kevlar, peel ply, and flow media
Maintain, repair, and assist with the setup of molds and tooling
Conduct basic quality inspections and support continuous process improvement
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions accurately
