Spectrum Health Care (SHC) is hiring Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) as Home Support Supervisors to support clients in Peel Region, Scarborough, and York Region.

The Home Support

Supervisor leads a team of Personal Support Workers in the field, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance management. Travel to patients’ homes is required and you will work with multidisciplinary teams to assess needs, plan care, and monitor outcomes.
