You will manage medication administration and provide mentorship to unregulated staff while maintaining professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform complete client assessments effectively
• Implement and monitor personalized care plans




• Administer prescribed medications and oversee deliveries
• Report changes in client conditions promptly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Must have graduated from an LPN program
• Active registration with CLHA is required
• Basic Life Support CPR certification needed
• Nursing experience is advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership qualities required
