Role Impact The Director, Lease Administration & Revenue Services provides leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s financial systems (Yardi/Voyager). This role acts as the primary custodian of lease data integrity, execution level “lease-to-cash” automations, and the end to end recovery reconciliation processes. Focusing on portfolio execution and compliance, the Director establishes internal audit frameworks, manages the “Precedent lease” library, and builds institutional knowledge through standard operating procedures.
