As part of Intact’s expanding team, you will manage a high volume of complex litigation cases, employing your extensive experience to enhance the firm’s recovery operations. Your role will involve innovative solutions in handling securities and insolvency matters, providing valuable legal insights to claims teams.

Key Responsibilities:



• Handle complex surety claims and trade credit disputes • Provide legal representation in various court levels and mediations • Develop risk-based strategies for managing legal files • Offer legal guidance on indemnity and performance agreements • Deliver specialized training sessions for internal teams

Requirements: • LL.B. or J.D. and membership with the Law Society of Ontario • More than 10 years of litigation experience • Expertise in securities law and commercial contract resolution • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset • Bilingual in English and French is an advantage
